GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Smith
Solicitation/Public Roads/Minors; prohibits persons under age of 15 years from standing or approaching vehicles on any public street, highway, or road for purposes of soliciting, collecting from, or distributing to occupant of motor vehicle; provides for warnings for violations prior to 07/01/01 & for citations for pedestrian violations effective 07/01/01; prohibits persons from directing person under age of 15 years to unlawfully stand or approach motor vehicles on road, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
