CS/SB 2592: Rules of Evidence
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Campbell
Rules of Evidence; provides for certain rules of evidence applicable to criminal prosecution of crime of sexual battery to apply in any civil action brought under Florida Civil Rights Act involving perpetration or alleged perpetration of such crime. Amends 794.022.
