Relief/Clarice Holland; provides for relief of Clarice Holland, individually as surviving spouse of Sidney Holland, Jr., deceased, & as Personal Representative of Estate of Sidney Holland, Jr., deceased; compensates them for losses sustained as result of negligence of South Broward Hospital District, d.b.a. Memorial Regional Hospital, which resulted in death of Sidney Holland, Jr. CLAIM: $1,682,500.
