HIV Testing of Inmates; defines term "HIV test"; requires DOC to perform HIV test on inmates following commitment to correctional facility & at request of physician; requires that such test be performed before inmate is released; requires that dept. provide additional services prior to inmate's release; requires that DOC notify county health dept. where inmate will reside when inmate who has received positive HIV test result is released unexpectedly. Creates 944.6025.
