Apportionment & Reapportionment; constitutional amendment to abolish present provisions governing legislative apportionment & to prescribe methods & standards for legislative & Congressional reapportionment; provides for reapportionment commission & for its duties; provides duties of Supreme Court & Attorney General re reapportionment. Repeals s. 16, Art. III; creates s. 10, Art. II.
