Flaghole Drainage District; (Hendry & Glades Counties) provides for codification of special laws re independent special districts pursuant to specified provisions re said district, special tax district of State of Florida composed of lands in said counties; provides for governance of district by Board of Supervisors; authorizes District to continue to levy special annual maintenance tax upon all taxable real property in District, etc.
