Disston Island Conservancy District; (Hendry & Glades Counties) provides for codification of special laws re special districts pursuant to specified provisions re special tax district of State of Florida composed of said counties; provides for minimum charter requirements; provides for tax assessment for services; provides authority to levy rehabilitation tax; provides for repeal of all prior special acts re said district; provides for effect of conflicting laws, etc.
