SB 2706: Okaloosa Gas District
LOCAL BILL by Clary
Okaloosa Gas District; reestablishes & recreates said district for purposes of acquiring, constructing, owning, operating, managing, maintaining, extending, improving, & financing one or more gas distribution systems or one or more gas transmission systems or gas transmission & gas distribution systems for its member municipalities of Crestview, Niceville, Valparaiso, & Ft. Walton Beach & such other municipalities as may become members of said District, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
