Sugarland Drainage District; (Glades & Hendry Counties) provides for codification of special laws re said district, a special taxing district of State of Florida, composed of Counties of Glades & Hendry; provides legislative intent; provides for minimum charter requirements, Supervisor qualifications, & ratification of prior actions; provides for repeal of all prior special acts re district, etc.
