GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Saunders ; Klein
Sentencing; (THIS BILL COMBINES S276,394) provides for enhanced penalties for commission of felony or misdemeanor, or delinquent act or violation of law that would be felony or misdemeanor if committed by an adult, under specified circumstances when defendant committed charged offense for purpose of benefiting, promoting, or furthering interest of criminal street gang, etc. Amends 775.021, 874.04, 921.0022,.0024.
