Handheld Laser Lighting Devices; defines term "laser lighting device"; provides that it is seconddegree misdemeanor for person to knowingly & willfully shine beam of laser lighting device at law enforcement officer in such manner as to cause said officer to believe that firearm is pointed at him or her; provides penalties. Creates 784.062.
