Managed Care Entities; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/CS/S2154,CS/S1900 & 282) provides for liability of managed care entities to subscribers in health care plan for damages for harm proximately caused by failure to exercise ordinary care; provides nonapplicability to workers' compensation insurance coverage; provides for notice to subscribers of their right to appeal adverse determination to independent review organization, etc. Repeals 408.7056.
