Domestic Partnerships; provides for establishment of domestic partnerships, for filing of forms with Secretary of State, & procedures for terminating said partnership; provides legal effect of such partnerships; requires group health care service plans & group disability insurance policies that provide certain hospital, medical, or surgical expense benefits for employees or subscribers to provide benefits to such person's domestic partner & other specified persons, etc.
