GENERAL BILL
Sales Representatives & Principals; revises requirements for contracts between sales representatives who solicit orders on behalf of principals; provides that such contracts may be oral or written; provides that principal may be in-state or out-of-state; deletes provision for either party who prevails to receive award of reasonable attorney's fees & court costs; provides for sales representative to receive such fees & costs, etc. Amends 686.201.
