GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs
Growth Management/Comprehensive Plan; amends provision re intergovernmental review of amendments to comprehensive plans; revises procedures for such reviews to conform provisions to changes made by act; requires DCA to amend specified rule to provide for certain geographic areas to be exempt from required review of amendments to state & regional comprehensive plans; specifies areas appropriate for such exemption, etc. Amends 163.3184; creates 163.3185.
