Mental Health; directs CFS Dept. to develop cooperative agreements with local agencies for diverting from criminal justice system to civil mental health system persons with mental illness arrested for misdemeanor; directs Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute at USF to report to Legislature on cost-effective diversion strategies & to evaluate specialized mental health court in Broward Co. & report findings & recommendations to Legislature, etc. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
