GENERAL BILL by Sublette

Health Insurance Policies; authorizes insurer to issue certain health insurance policies or certificates which do not include specified provisions; provides that mandated health benefits may be excluded from any such policy or certificate; defines term "mandated health benefit"; requires that policy or certificate issued under act include specified notice.
