Aggressive Careless Driving; prescribes acts that constitute offense of aggressive careless driving; provides criminal penalties; provides increasingly severe penalties for first, second, & third or subsequent violations; provides for approval of driver improvement course re aggressive careless driving violations; requires mandatory hearing for infraction of specific provision, etc. Creates 316.1923; amends Ch. 318, 322.27,.264.
