Sentencing; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S276,394) provides for enhanced penalties for certain offenses re criminal street gangs; amends provision re Criminal Punishment Code worksheet computations & scoresheets; revises guidelines for applying specified sentence multiplier for offenses committed for purpose of benefiting, promoting, or furthering interests of criminal street gang, etc. Amends 874.04, 921.0024.
