GENERAL BILL by Health Care Services ; Patterson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Byrd
Health Insurance Policy Forms; modifies rate filing requirements for approval of health insurance policy forms by DOI; provides guidelines for determining when benefits are considered reasonable in relation to premium charged for purposes of disapproval of such forms by department. Amends 627.410,.411.
