Florida Statutes; repeals or deletes various statutory provisions that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; deletes obsolete schedule provision re surplus required to be maintained by certain property & casualty insurers; deletes obsolete provisions re adoption & revision of hurricane loss projection standards & guidelines, etc. Amends & Repeals various FS.
