Florida Statutes; repeals & deletes various statutory provisions that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; repeals provisions re rates charged by telegraph & cable companies; repeals provision re report on amount of support necessary to provide residential basic local telecommunications service to low-income customers, etc. Amends & Repeals various FS.
