Affordable Residential Accommodations Act"; provides for use & operation of Affordable Residential Accommodations TF; provides duties of Health Dept.; provides for nondiscrimination; specifies relationship of resident & proprietor; provides for rent, duration of tenancies, & rental rates; specifies safety & sanitary regulations; provides for proprietor's right to recover premises, etc. Creates 510.011.417.
