Intangible Personal Property Tax; amends definition of term "beneficial interest"; relieves trustees of specified obligations; deletes distinction between Florida-situs trusts & foreign-situs trusts; amends obligations of Florida residents who have beneficial interest in trust; imposes obligations on certain agents other than trustees; exempts certain banks & savings associations from specified responsibilities, etc. Amends 199.023,.052,.175,.183.
