GENERAL BILL by Campbell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Saunders ; Diaz-Balart

Vehicles/Passengers/Exterior Riding; prohibits minors from riding on bed of pickup truck or flatbed truck unless certain conditions are met; deletes provisions prohibiting person from riding in any portion of vehicle not designed for use of passengers; provides penalties; authorizes local governmental entities to enact certain ordinances. Amends 316.2015.
