Real Estate Brokers/Escrow Funds; provides exception to requirement that licensee notify Fla. Real Estate Commission of certain doubts or conflicting demands re transaction when buyer of residential condominium unit delivers written notice of intent to cancel contract for sale & purchase; provides requirements for disclosure to persons with whom broker or salesperson has no brokerage relationship, etc. Amends 475.25,.278,.612.
