GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Meek
Court Costs/Domestic Violence Cases; provides for imposition of additional mandatory court cost upon person found to have committed act of domestic violence; provides for collection by clerk of court; provides for deposit of such court costs in Domestic Violence TF; directs that funds generated pursuant to certain provision be used for legal services for victims of domestic violence; provides for CFS Dept. to contract with statewide nonprofit association to offer legal services, etc. Amends FS.
