Fair Pay Act of 2000; creates said act; provides additional duty of Florida Commission on Human Relations; clarifies language re discrimination against individuals in compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment which constitutes unlawful employment practice; provides for specified wage disclosure, recordkeeping, & reporting requirements; provides for relief & damages for violation of requirements, etc. Amends Ch. 760.
