Health Care Assistance/Children; requires Social Services Estimating Conference to develop certain information re Florida Kidcare program; provides for Medicaid-presumptive eligibility; allows premium assistance for certain children ineligible for federal funding; extends period of continuous eligibility for said program; provides for dental benefits under Florida Kidcare program, etc. Amends 216.136, Ch. 409.
