Workers' Comp. Chiropractic Care; requires direct access to certain chiropractic physicians; provides for additional chiropractic services under certain circumstances; deletes exclusion of certain chiropractic services from medically necessary treatment, care, & services; includes chiropractic physicians within medical care coordinator provisions; requires direct access to certain chiropractic physicians under managed care arrangements, etc. Amends 440.13,.134.
