Sales Tax/Manufactured Homes; requires manufacturers to pay tax at rate of 6 percent on cost of materials that become component part of each manufactured home, as defined in specified provision; specifies when said tax shall be paid; defines "manufacturer"; provides that subsequent sales of manufactured homes shall be exempt from tax imposed by specified provisions. Amends 212.05.
