GENERAL BILL by Financial Services ; Crow

Funeral & Cemetery Services; revises terminology re cemeteries owned by religious institution; authorizes Banking & Finance Dept. & Funeral & Cemetery Services Board to adopt rules to allow for electronic submission of applications, documents, & fees & to provide for certification of compliance in lieu of submission of documents; eliminates reference to examination fee; increases annual license fees for certain cemeteries, etc. Amends Ch. 497.
