JOINT RESOLUTION by Ritchie ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Maygarden ; Miller
Ad Valorem Taxation/Water Management; constitutional amendment, effective January 1, 2001, to remove ad valorem tax limit of 0.05 mill for water management purposes that applies only to northwest portion of state & provides that ad valorem tax limit of 1.0 mill, which applies to remaining portions of state, would apply to this area also. Amends s. 9, Art. VII; creates s. 26, Art. XII.
