GENERAL BILL by Cowin

Sales Tax; specifies period during which sale of clothing shall be exempt from tax on sales, use, & other transactions; specifies period during which taxes collected from sale of clothing shall be used to augment funding of grants & aid for adult & children's mental health services; exempts sales at certain locations from tax exemption; specifies period during which sale of school supplies is exempt from sales tax; provides for rules, etc. APPROPRIATION: $200,000.
