Local Govts./Bldgs./Public Nuisance; authorizes local governments to take local administrative action to declare certain buildings & premises a public nuisance when building or premises is used to deal in stolen property; provides for notice of certain property owners with multiple tenants; provides fine. Amends 893.138.
