Safe Neighborhood Improvement Dist.; includes university police patrols within definition; provides for exercise by university police patrols of law enforcement powers within safe neighborhood improvement districts; provides for qualifications of certain safe neighborhood improvement district boards of directors; authorizes certain interlocal agreements for certain purposes, etc. Amends 163.340,.503,.5035,.506,.5151; creates 163.5235.
