TransportationDisadvantaged Persons; provides for purposes & responsibilities of local governing authorities re said persons; provides requirements re agency purchasers of transportationdisadvantaged services; provides for selection of local governing authority; provides for Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund; authorizes county commissions to become local governing authorities, etc. Amends Ch. 427; creates 427.0151,.0156.
