SB 718: Lobbying
GENERAL BILL by McKay
Lobbying; revises procedures for appointing designated lobbyist to represent principal that is represented by two or more lobbyists; requires that lobbyist file expenditure report for each period during which lobbyist is registered; modifies definition of lobbyist for purpose of lobbying before Executive Branch or Constitutional Revision Commission; requires registered lobbyists to submit biannual expenditure reports, etc. Amends 11.045, 112.3215.
