CS/SB 726: Nitrous Oxide
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Bronson
Nitrous Oxide; provides that it is third-degree felony to distribute, sell, purchase, or possess more than specified amount of nitrous oxide; allows use of such oxide for specified purposes; provides that person who discharges, or who aids another in discharging, nitrous oxide for subsequent inhalation creates an inference of the person's knowledge that such nitrous oxide is for unlawful use. Amends 877.111.
