Industrial Partnership Professorship; establishes Industrial Partnership Professorship Program within State University System; provides that professorships shall be established by contract; provides for contribution by sponsoring corporations; provides contract specifications; provides for credit against corporate income tax for contributions made by sponsoring corporation; provides for future repeal, etc. Creates 240.6065, 220.192; amends 220.02.
