GENERAL BILL by Grant
Offers of Judgment; provides for applicability of offers of judgment & demands for judgment in cases involving multiple plaintiffs & defendants; provides that subsequent offers void previous offers; provides that prior to awarding costs & fees court must determine whether offer was reasonable. Amends 768.79.
