GENERAL BILL by Kosmas

Voter ID Cards & Absentee Ballots; deletes procedures for mailing voter registration identification cards; modifies absentee ballot certificates; prescribes information that absent elector's designee must include with absentee ballot; deletes prohibition against persons witnessing more than five ballots in election; repeals provision re absentee ballot coordinators, etc. Amends Ch. 101, 97.071,.1031, 104.047; repeals 97.056, 101.685.
