Schools/Students/Violence Prevention; creates pilot program to enable school districts in specified counties to provide students with skills in conflict resolution, anger management, & related subjects & provides for development, implementation, & support thereof; provides legislative findings & intent; provides for annual incentive awards from appropriated funds; provides measures for determining program effectiveness & provides for annual reporting thereon, etc. APPROPRIATION: $5,500,000.
