GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Webster

Vehicles & Vessels Operation; authorizes exchange of certain information between DOR & HSMV; updates current allowable exception to use of school bus; revises penalties for subsequent convictions of DUI; revises provisions re possession of open containers of alcoholic beverages in vehicles; provides that person under age 14 may not operate golf cart on public roads; exempts persons of specified age from certain motorcycle safety equipment requirements, etc. Amends FS.
