Firearms/Fingerprintresistant Gun; defines term "fingerprintresistant gun"; provides that it is felony of third degree to manufacture, sell, or deliver any fingerprintresistant gun; authorizes law enforcement agency or law enforcement officer to possess such gun; authorizes manufacture, sale or delivery of such gun for use by law enforcement agency.
