Computers/Soliciting Sexual Conduct; amends provision re offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code to rank offense of knowingly transmitting or disseminating by computer any notice or advertisement for purpose of facilitating, encouraging, offering, or soliciting sexual conduct of or with minor, or visually depicting such conduct. Amends 921.0022.
