HB 83: Education Employees/Leave
GENERAL BILL by Harrington ; Bitner
Education Employees/Leave; provides for payment into pretax annuities for accumulated sick leave to certain employees of district school systems; limits amount of pay certain employees of said systems may receive for unused sick leave upon termination of employment; provides for community college district boards of trustees to adopt rules allowing payment for unused sick leave into pretax retirement accounts, etc. Amends 231.40,.481, 240.343.
