Public Records/College Savings Prog.; provides exemption from public records requirements for account information associated with Florida College Savings Program; authorizes release of such information to community colleges, colleges, & universities under certain circumstances; requires that such institutions maintain confidentiality of information; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity. Creates 240.554.
