GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Meek

Solicitation/Public Roads/Minors; prohibits persons under age of 15 years from standing or approaching vehicles on any public street, highway, or road for purposes of soliciting, collecting from, or distributing to occupant of motor vehicle; prohibits persons from directing person under age of 15 years to unlawfully stand or approach motor vehicles on road; provides penalties; conforms cross-reference; provides cross-reference, etc. Amends 316.2045, 318.18,.21, 385.207.
