Immokalee Fire Control District; (Collier Co.) provides legislative intent; provides for codification of special laws re said district pursuant to specified provision; creates & establishes fire control & rescue district as independent district in said county & fixes boundaries of district; authorizes board to establish & maintain emergency medical services & equipment; provides for assessing & collecting taxes, assessments, impact fees, & user charges, etc.
